These general terms and conditions govern all sales made through the website Aegean Reverie, operated by Laurent Parienti E.I.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms without reservation.
Article 2 – Products and Production
All artworks offered by Aegean Reverie are fine art photographs created and printed in collaboration with two professional laboratories renowned for their expertise and quality:
MATTE BLACK – Dimitrios Avgerinos, Gladstonos 14, Thessaloniki, 54630, GREECE
ART PIXEL COLOR – ZAC des Castors, Route de la Moutonne, 83320 Carqueiranne, FRANCE
Each print is produced with the utmost care, on high-quality paper, framed or unframed depending on your selection. Minor variations in color or dimensions may occur due to the artisanal nature of the printing process.
Article 3 – Orders and Payment
Orders are placed directly on the website.
Once you have selected your preferred artwork, size, and framing options, you may proceed to secure payment via Monetico CIC.
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable.
Article 4 – Delivery
Aegean Reverie offers free delivery within France and Greece.
Shipping fees apply for other European Union countries and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the production schedule of the laboratories.
Article 5 – Reception of the Artwork
Upon delivery, the customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier and verify the condition of the artwork.
In case of visible damage, please write a clear remark on the delivery slip and contact us the same day at contact@aegeanreverie.com.
No claim will be accepted after signing the delivery note without reservation.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made or personalized prints are not eligible for return.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All photographs, texts, and visual content on this website are the exclusive property of Laurent Parienti.
Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 9 – Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent courts of Toulon, France.
